29 Commando Plymouth

These images were commissioned by the Military in the summer of 2008 just before all these troops were sent on a six-month tour of duty to Afghanistan's Helmand Province. I was asked to photograph a group of approximately 100 soldiers belonging to the 29 Commando Regiment Royal Artillery on Plymouth Hoe, all of which were based at Plymouth's Royal Citadel.
